Ganbarg, a two-time Grammy Award winner and former President of A&R at Atlantic Records, has spent more than three decades helping shape the careers of some of music's most successful artists and overseeing landmark projects including Santana's Supernatural, Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and The Greatest Showman. He is also the founder of Pure Tone Music, whose publishing catalog includes global hits such as Miley Cyrus' "Flowers" and Alex Warren's "Ordinary."

Sipe is a hit songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans pop, rock, and country. His songwriting credits include Andy Grammer's multi-platinum smash "Honey, I'm Good," Benson Boone's "Ghost Town" and "Nights Like These," Parmalee's chart-topping country hit "Just the Way," and James TW's "When You Love Someone." He has also collaborated with artists including Alex Warren, OneRepublic, Cameron Whitcomb, the Jonas Brothers, and Fitz and the Tantrums. Bringing both a proven track record of commercial success and a hands-on creative approach to songwriting and production, Sipe plays an integral role in Silver Sky's songwriter development, creative collaborations, and day-to-day operations.

Together, Ganbarg and Sipe have built a company dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and championing the next generation of songwriting talent.

Silver Sky's growing roster includes songwriters and producers Nicco Sanchez and Kellan Barrett, alongside Sipe himself. Operating out of the company's Sky House creative studio in Silver Lake, the team fosters a collaborative environment where great songs are written, creative partnerships are formed, and new opportunities are pursued.
